• 300 g Farfalle pasta
  • 250 g fresh shrimp
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 can of cream (serum free)
  • 1 tablespoon basil (dried)
  • 4 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • half a lemon
  • olive oil


Boil a liter of water, add the pasta and olive oil. When the pasta is aldente turn off the heat and remove the water. Reserve.

In an ovenproof pour water, and let the shrimp for about 15 minutes to soak in lemon and a pinch of salt. Then boil for about 5 minutes the shrimp. Reserve.

In a pan sauté the pasta with a little olive oil, two cloves of minced garlic, basil and a pinch of salt.

In another pan, do the same thing with the shrimp, sauté with olive oil and remaining chopped garlic. Add the cream and parmesan. When it starts boiling, turn the heat off.

Place the pasta in an ovenproof dish and drizzle with the sauce and shrimp is ready!
