- 1 cup of yogurt
- 3 spoons (soup) of oil
- 2 spoons (soup) of mayonnaise
- 3 cups (tea) of farfalle pasta cooked al dente
- 1 cup (tea) of carrots peeled and sliced
- 200 g smoked turkey, diced
- 1 ½ cup (tea) of fresh cheese into cubes
- 1 cup (tea) pod cooked into small cubes
- 1 cup (tea) of cherry tomatoes sliced in half
- ½ cup (tea) of chopped pickles
- 1 cup (tea) of pitted green olives, sliced
- 3 tbsp (tablespoons) chopped green onion
Mix ingredients and set aside.
Gather in the bowl, all the ingredients except the chives. Add the sauce and stir well. Then serve sprinkled with chives.
