• 2 cups whole-wheat pasta (any short pasta);
  • ½ cup fresh peas;
  • ½ cup of green corn;
  • 1 can of light tuna (in water);
  • 1 chopped tomato;
  • 1/4 chopped onion;
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley;
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped walnuts (optional but makes all the difference).

In another bowl make a sauce with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 3 tablespoons (soup) of ricotta cream or light mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon (dessert) of mustard seed. Mix everything and go adding milk with a tablespoon until the desired consistency. Mix the remaining ingredients in the cream, adjust the salt and add pepper.
