Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of natural yogurt
  • 10 mint leaves, chopped
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of white cheese into small cubes
  • 1 cup (tea) of thick grated carrot
  • Salt and pepper
  • Finely grated zest of an orange
  • 500 g of penne al dente

Preparation:

  1. Mix the ingredients well
