• 2 tbsp (tablespoons) of olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 small green bell pepper cut into thin strips
  • 1/2 cup (tea) of tomato juice
  • 3 sausages
  • Salt
  • 150 g of instant noodles
  • 3 tbsp (tablespoons) of chopped parsley


In a large skillet, heat the oil and sauté the onion. Add the peppers, tomato juice and saute until tender. Separately, Parboil the sausages, drain and cut into strips. Add to sauce, season with salt and mix gently. Cover the pan, turn off the heat and leave aside. In another pan, cook the noodles according to package directions, drain and mix with sauce sausage with peppers. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately after.
