600g fine steaks
    150g sliced mozzarella
    150g of sliced ham
    6 sticks of celery
    salvia leaves
    3 spoons (soup) of oil
    1 onion, chopped
    1 chopped garlic clove
    4 cups (tea) of tomato sauce
    salt and pepper
    2 cups (tea) of warm water
    400g of short pasta


Stuff each steak with two slices of mozzarella, a slice of ham, a stick of celery and a sage leaf. Wrap and secure with toothpick. In a pressure cooker, heat the oil, fry the onion and garlic. Add the rolled steaks and fry on both sides. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper and water. Close the pan and after starting the pressure, lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the pressure, open the cooker and add the pasta. Close the pan after the start of pressure, lower the heat and cook for 3 minutes. Take the pressure off and serve.
