• 1/2 cup of dried mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of light margarine
  • 3 cups of white sauce
  • 250 g pasta
  • Salt


  1. Cook the pasta in 3 liters of water
  2. Place the mushrooms in 1/2 cup of warm water and set aside
  3. Return to heat, in a pan, margarine and onion to sauté
  4. Add the mushrooms with water, leaving to boil
  5. Add gradually the white sauce and allow to heat well
  6. Try the salt
  7. Put the pasta already cooked in a bowl and garnish with the sauce
